Experience

Briony began her career with Matheson Stephen in 2004 in Private Practice and Municipal Valuations, having previously worked in the field of Human Resources. Following the successful completion of various revaluation projects, Briony now oversees MSV’s Municipal Valuation practice and has also been responsible for project work for private sector clientele.

Briony’s experience in valuation practice is broad and includes the administration of a number of General Revaluation contracts across Melbourne and experience in all manner of ad-hoc valuation work including typical market value assessments (short-form and full narrative), valuations for Financial Reporting, Insurance, Asset, Superannuation, Acquisition and Disposal, and Compulsory Acquisition.

Briony is the principal of our Municipal Valuations division and as such undertakes a wide variety of assessments of different types, in conjunction with a significant Project Management role.
